The Foundation Years (1997-2005) I began my career in traditional advertising agencies, mastering the fundamentals of design, client relationships, and production management. From Bay City to Baltimore, I learned that great design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about solving business problems.

The Entrepreneurial Chapter (2005-2019) I founded Hoffmann Design Group, building a full-service design studio from the ground up. For 14 years, I led creative teams, managed complex client relationships, and delivered a range of services, including brand identities and comprehensive marketing campaigns. This wasn’t just about design—it was about understanding business strategy, managing teams, and driving measurable results.

The Specialization Phase (2019-Present) Joining Broadridge Financial opens a new world of variable data design and financial services marketing. I dive deep into XMPie and Pageflex, creating personalized campaigns that reach thousands while maintaining compliance with strict financial regulations. This technical precision teaches me the power of data-driven design.

The Innovation Chapter (2024-Present) Today, I’m actively expanding into JavaScript, React, and blockchain development. Not because I have to, but because I see the future of design happening at the intersection of creativity and technology. Smart contracts, AI-assisted workflows, and React applications aren’t replacing traditional design—they’re amplifying it.

Design Leadership + Technical Execution Most designers can create beautiful work. Most developers can build functional applications. I bring 25 years of creative leadership experience plus hands-on technical skills—a rare combination that lets me guide strategy AND execute solutions.

Business Acumen + Creative Vision Running my own studio taught me that design decisions must drive business results. I understand budgets, deadlines, client relationships, and ROI because I’ve lived on both sides of the table.

Traditional Mastery + Future Focus I have expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite and proven success in print, brand identity, and marketing campaigns. But I’m also learning Solidity, building React applications, and exploring AI-powered design workflows. I’m not just keeping up with change—I’m anticipating it.
